STEP was founded with the mission of making evidence-based swallowing training and education affordable and accessible to all. We strongly believe that language should not be a barrier to accessing good quality education and training. This mission has driven us to translate some of our popular STEP courses from English to German and Portuguese, with the help of our colleagues in Germany and Brazil. We plan to continue to provide STEP courses and resources in several other languages, to support students, clinicians, and instructors around the globe.
